At URBAN FALLS, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return your product:

Return period
Products can be returned within 60 days of receipt.

Return terms
Every URBAN FALLS showerhead purchase comes with a 60-day home-use trial (“Trial Period”) that starts on the day your order is delivered. Feel free to use the product as intended and decide whether it suits your needs.

Return procedure
To initiate the returns process, please contact us at service@urbanfallsco.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

Return costs
We will cover the return shipping fee and provide you with a free return label.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Don't worry, if you receive a defective item, we'll replace it free of charge. However, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and return the product within 14 days of receiving a free shipping label from us.

Exchanges
We only replace damaged or defective products.
If you would like to receive the same product again, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or denied.
Approved returns will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please place a request within 4 hours of purchase at service@urbanfallsco.com. We are trying to process your order as quickly as possible and therefore cannot guarantee to cancel your order beyond this timeframe. In such cases, please request a return instead. We will issue a refund after we receive and inspect the product.
